The Simple Solution
This is the first session of Sahaja Yoga meditation classes at Caboolture Library. In these free classes, you will learn the basics of meditation in a relaxed and friendly environment!
Each class will focus on a different aspect of meditation and will include multiple guided meditations. Classes will be held every Monday.
So feel free to join us if you are interested in meditation, want to learn more about yourself, or simply want a few minutes of peace and silence in your busy life!
Meditation is the state of thoughtless awareness where we are neither thinking about the future nor the past and it happens when our attention is "united" with the present moment. In fact, this "union" with the present moment, with the absolute reality, is the original meaning of the word "Yoga". To achieve this union, all humans have a built-in mechanism inside them which, if activated at the right time by the right person, can lift their attention above their thoughts and bring them into meditation.
This is something that you have to experience yourself and what sets Sahaja Yoga apart from other forms of Yoga and Meditation.
It's not only about talking of meditation and feeling relaxed during the classes.
With Sahaja Yoga you not only get the experience, but also gradually will gain the knowledge and techniques to explore and eventually become your own master!
