The Simple Solution


From eliminating stress to finding inner peace and calm, many now know the benefits of meditation but lack the motivation or the opportunity to start. That is why we are offering free meditation classes in communities across the country.

Through Sahaja Yoga Meditation we reach the state of thoughtless awareness where we are fully immersed in the present moment. Being free from the unnecessary thoughts and worries that lead to much of life’s stresses and anxieties, we become mentally and emotionally balanced, develop better relationships and perform better at work or studies.

In Sahaja Yoga’s free meditation classes, you will learn the basics of meditation in a relaxed and friendly environment. You will be empowered to meditate on your own and can almost immediately enjoy the benefits of meditation. So feel free to join us if you are interested in meditation, want to learn more about yourself, or simply want a few minutes of peace and silence in your busy life!

About Meditation

Meditation is the state of thoughtless awareness where we are neither thinking about the future nor the past and it happens when our attention is "united" with the present moment. In fact, this "union" with the present moment, with the absolute reality, is the original meaning of the word "Yoga". To help us get into meditation, we all have a subtle, built-in mechanism inside us which, if activated at the right time and by the right person, can lift our attention above our thoughts and make us thoughtlessly aware.

This is something that you have to experience yourself and what sets Sahaja Yoga apart from other forms of Yoga and Meditation. 

It's not only about talking of meditation and feeling relaxed during the class.
